Luba Tverskoy ; Yoga, Adults I am practicing Yoga for the last 22 years and teaching it for 14 years. I hold a certificate from the yoga therapy teacher training program and I am a member of the Yoga Alliance. I like to work with small classes and usually, tailor my programs to the students needs. I can teach all levels of yoga but I usually begin new groups from the very gentle version and then build up complexity as people become more confident and comfortable with what they do. I have always been passionate about working with children. My mission for kids yoga is to bring health and happiness and to facilitate their physical and mental thriving.
